Gosh, I am so happy to read people liked this chapter. I was so worried about it. I just wasn't happy with my first draft and revised and added and revised again. I finally felt it was good enough on Saturday.
I've always believed in showing not telling a story. That's what I teach and practice. I like to think that over the years, I've improved-- that's part of the beauty of writing fanfic, writing by the seat of your pants puts in right there with the characters, in their heads, more so than other writing I've done.
